Free UK standard delivery on orders over £50

Our orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. 

As an independent store, all orders are dispatched on weekdays.

 

RETURNS

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you are not you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days. 

You can contact us at hello@skunksuperstore.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund.

If your purchase has arrived damaged or broken, please contact us at hello@skunksuperstore.com within 72 hours of receiving the item and we request you include images of the damaged product.

In order to receive a refund, items must be unused and and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control).

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. In order to do this please contact us at hello@skunksuperstore.com

All purchases will be packaged in 100% biodegradable and recyclable alternatives to foam and bubble wrap.
